Read this post if you're alone.

i don't know who you are or what you're going through right now, but i hope you're being gentle with yourself. you don't have to have everything figured out today. take a deep breath, rest if you need to, and remember that you're allowed to take life one day at a time. 

if you're tired, please let yourself rest. you don't have to keep pretending to be okay just because the world keeps moving. you've done enough for today, even if all you did was get through it. please be proud of yourself for making it this far.

i may be a stranger, but i hope these few words make you feel a little less alone. whatever you've been carrying silently, i hope life becomes kinder to you. you deserve friendships that feel safe, love that feels gentle, and days that don't feel so heavy.

your worth isn't measured by how much you achieve, how many people choose you, or how useful you are to others. you're still worthy on your quiet days, on your messy days, and on the days when you don't feel like yourself. please don't be too hard on the person you're becoming.

it's okay to slow down. it's okay to change your mind, to outgrow things, to start over, and to have days when all you can do is breathe. life isn't a race, and you're not falling behind just because your journey looks different from everyone else's.

i hope something good finds you when you least expect it. i hope you laugh until your stomach hurts, find peace in the little things, and meet people who make you feel safe enough to be yourself. even if today isn't kind to you, i hope you give tomorrow a chance to surprise you.

i know you're trying and healing doesn't alwys look like progress. sometimes it means resting, setting boundaries, or simply choosing to try again after a difficult day. pls don't rush yourself just because you wish you were already okay. you're allowed to heal at your own pace.

And lastly, you are love. not just because of the love you give to others, but because of the person you are, even when you have nothing left to give.
